ccm refuerzos

Of course, we are sad that we will not be receiving our refuerzos from the United States. In fact, we also learned that they will not send them to us until our next transfer June 5, even if the missionaries do receive their visas. I am trying to be patient...it's not easy for me.

On the bright side...we received three amazing refuerzos from the CCM. The two hermanas are from Peru and our elder is from Mendoza, here in Argentina. Not only that, they are great refuerzos, and they are excited and ready to work. They are a blessing!

We had Peruvian food for lunch, much to the delight of the hermanas and Presidente. The rest of us liked it too. Then Presidente got out his Remembrance Book and Journal from his mission and entertained us with stories from the good old days.

Por supuesto estamos tristes que no vamos a recibir nuestros refuerzos de los Estados Unidos. De hecho supimos que ellos no van a mandarlos a nosotros hasta nuestro traslado el 5 de Junio aunque ellos reciban sus visas. Estoy tratando de ser  paciente...no es fácil para mi.

Mirando el lado positivo, la buena noticia es que recibimos tres misioneros muy capaces de CCM. Las dos hermanas son de Peru y nuestro elder es de Mendoza, acá en Argentina. No solamente eso, pero, ellos están muy animados y listos para empezar su trabajo. Ellos son una bendición a la misión.

Almorzamos comida de Peru para el placer de las hermanas y el Presidente. Al resto de nosotros nos gusta mucho también. Después el Presidente nos mostró su Libro de Recuerdos y Diario de su misión y nos entretuvo con historias de sus días pasados.
