I love it when its time for interviews. For me, to have a chat with the missionaries is really great. Sometimes it is just fun and sometimes it is super interesting and sometimes it is very spiritual, but it is always wonderful to have that time with them individually. Today, the assistants tried to send one of the companionships on their way before they had their chat with the hermana.
I should back tract to say that in my workshop this past week, I talked about how all of my family likes to have “credit” with me. In that moment I could see the missionaries shaking their heads that they all like to have credit with their moms too. Well, anyway, that companionship, that remembered to complete their service and have a chat with the hermana in Spanish, gets extra credit today ;)
I don’t know, but I think somewhere along the line, we must have missed spring. The evidence is all around, but the missionaries were proselyting in 96 degree weather today. The new missionaries were wondering what summer was going to be like? This is it!
It seems like the parking lots at all of the chapels also serve as a soccer field. However, I have never been able to quite figure out what this cement structure is on these chapel grounds just outside the boundaries of the parking lot. One of the missionaries surmised that it is the stand to watch the play.
*I am missing one companionship that was unable to come. I always feel badly for our sick missionaries, but with 192 it is almost inevitable that someone is on the ragged edge. It is a good thing that we have such easy access to the area doctor, who is helping to keep, not only the missionaries, but Presidente and myself, up and running almost all of the time.
Me encanta cuando es el momento de entrevistas. Para mi tener una charla con los misioneros es muy especial. Algunas veces es divertido y algunas veces es muy interesante y algunas veces es muy espiritual pero siempre es maravillosa tener este momento con ellos individualmente.
Hoy, los asistentes trataron de mandar un compañerismo en su camino antes de su charla con la hermana.
Debería retroceder y decir que en mi taller la semana pasada hable acerca del hecho que a toda mi familia le gusta tener crédito conmigo. En aquel momento pude ver muchos misioneros de acuerdo que a ellos les gusta tener crédito con sus madres también.
Entonces, este compañerismo, que recuerda cumplir su servicio y tener una charla con la hermanan en castellano recibirá crédito extra hoy.
No se pero de alguna manera parece que perdimos la primavera. La evidencia esta en cada lugar pero los misioneros estaban enseñando en temperaturas de 36 grados hoy. Los nuevos estaban pensando que van a pasar en verano. Eso es.
Parece que los lugares de estacionamiento cerca de todas las capillas también tiene una función para jugar fútbol. Sin embargo, nunca he podido entender cual es la función de esta estructura de cemento justo afuera de las frontera. Uno de los misioneros piensa que es el lugar para mirar a los jugadores.
Me falta un compañerismo no pudo venir. Siempre me siento triste por nuestros misioneros enfermos pero con 192 es casi normal que alguien no se sienta bien.
Es una cosa buena que tenemos acceso fácil al doctor del area, quien esta ayudando a mantener sanos no solamente a los misioneros sino al Presidente y a mi, casi todo el tiempo.
