I doubt that it is very well known in the mission that the leaders sometimes come into the office on a Monday for special training. Right now, we are getting ready for the mission-wide training that will start next week and continue until the end of the transfer.
Our leaders are excellent missionaries, but I think one of the reasons that they are so great is because they make every effort to learn with humility. They then become very effective and compassionate teachers of other missionaries.
In the Pastores interviews, the missionaries are sometimes asked what makes this the best mission in the world and they often respond that we have the best leaders. I would whole-heartedly agree!
