When we first came to the mission and had transfers, the Pastores left on Monday night and the Refuerzos arrived on Tuesday morning. After prayers for safe travel for all of them, I loved going to bed thinking about our missionaries that would cross paths during the night.
We have changed the transfer schedule since then to better accommodate the needs of the mission. It means that we never have a group of missionaries without companions because the Pastores hand off their companions at the transfer meeting and then become companions to each other for the next couple of days during the Pastores Tour and Final Day.
We did have a special experience yesterday at the transfer meeting when one of our Pastores played the piano for a vocal solo by one of the Refuerzos. They had not practiced together, but it was a beautiful and meaningful experience for Presidente and I, at the very least. It reminded me of those crossing path meditations from the past.
Although I wasn’t able to go along, these are some of the photos that I received from the Pastores Tour.
I seldom write or post pictures of the last day in the mission. It is always a sacred and spiritual experience for me. However, I will mention here, that I am really looking forward to attending the temple with our missionaries for the first time tomorrow.
Cuando llegamos a la misión y tuvimos traslados, los Pastores salieron el lunes por la noches y los refuerzos llegaron el martes por la mañana. Después de mis oraciones por su llegada segura me encanto pensar en mi cama acerca de nuestros misioneros y el hecho que ellos van a cruzar sus caminos en la noche.
Hemos cambiado el horario de traslados desde entonces para mejorar y cumplir las necesidades de la misión. Significa que nunca tenemos un grupo de misioneros sin compañeros porque los Pastores son campaneros uno del otro por los días finales y sus compañeros recibieron sus compañeros nuevos en la reunión.
Tuvimos una experiencia muy linda ayer en la reunión cuando uno de los Pastores toco el piano para un solista de uno de los refuerzos. Ellos no han practicado juntos antes pero fue una experiencia linda e impresionante para el Presidente y yo por lo menos. Me recordó de las meditaciones del pasado de los caminos cruzados.

Normalmente no escribo o pongo fotos del ultimo día de la misión. Siempre es una experiencia espiritual y sagrada para mi.
Sin embargo, voy a mencionar que estoy muy animada de asistir el Templo con nuestros misioneros mañana por primera vez.
