Back in the olden days when we had lots of refuerzos every transfer, we used to have a meeting about three weeks after they arrived to check in with them and see how everybody was doing. It has been a while since we needed to have that kind of meeting. We have been able to easily check in with our few refuerzos.
I have to say that it was pretty exciting today to see a big group again. They came with lots of enthusiasm. We learned what is working well for them and what we need to do to meet their needs.
The cultural hall was set up so that they could do practices while waiting for their interviews. I talked with the Hermana Trainers, Presidente talked with the Hermana Reinforcements and the assistants talked with the Elder Trainers and Reinforcements. We all had the same questions to ask. It is always pretty interesting for us to get together afterwards and see how different the answers turned out!
En los dias antiguos tuvimos muchos refuerzos cada traslado y también tuvimos una reunión con ellos mas o menos 3 semanas después de su llegada para ver como ellos estaban andando. Hace poco tiempo desde que necesitábamos tener este tipa de reunión. Ha sido fácil ver nuestros pocos refuerzos.
Tengo que decir estuve muy emocionada hoy de ver un grupo tan grande otra vez. Vinieron con mucho animo. Aprendimos que esta funcionando bien y que necesitamos hacer para ayudarles mejor.
El salón cultural fue listo entonces ellos pudieron hacer sus practicas mientras ellos están esperando sus entrevistas. Hable con las entrenadoras de las hermanas, el Presidente hablo con las refuerzos de las hermanas y los asistentes hablaron con los elderes entrenadores y refuerzos. Todos nosotros tuvimos las mismas preguntas. Siempre es muy interesante reunirnos después y ver cuan diferentes son las respuestas.
