The only thing that I didn’t mention yesterday is that Labor Day in Argentina carries about the same importance as Christmas and Easter. It is one of three days when absolutely everything is closed. It was obvious because the grocery stores and mall were packed with people who had Monday off and knew that today there would be no shopping options. Brianna, two of the hermanas and I made a little shopping trip to Unicenter to pick up a few things. It is fun to go there with the hermanas since they don’t normally see huge shopping malls like this one in their areas. La única cosa que no mencione ayer es que el Día de Trabajador tiene la importancia de la Navidad y Pascua. Es uno de los tres días cuando todo esta cerrado. Fue obvios porque los supermercados y el mall estaban llenos de gente hoy que tuvo el lunes libre y supe que hoy no van a tener opción de ir de compras. Brianna, dos de las hermanas y yo hicimos un viaje pequeño a Unicenter para comprar algunas cosas. Fue muy divertido ir allá con las hermanas porque normalmente ellas no tienen la oportunidad de ver shoppings gigantes como este en sus áreas.
