After the missionaries have spent a few weeks in the mission field, they come in one P-day with their trainers and we have some chats all together and individually, just to see how things are going. Our late March group came back in today…so full of energy and enthusiasm. We spent a couple of hours together in two separate groups, one this morning and one this afternoon. Some of the missionaries were helping me out taking pictures since I had other duties to attend to and I don’t even see a picture of them among the group! I’ll have to be sure and get them when we have interviews with them over the next few weeks…starting tomorrow!
Después de que los misioneros tienen algunas semanas en el campo misional, ellos vienen a la oficina en su P'day con sus entrenadores y tenemos charlas juntos y charlas individuales para ver que cosas están pasando. Nuestro grupo de Marzo regreso hoy...lleno de animo y energía. Pasamos dos horas juntos en dos grupos, unos esta mañana y el otro esta tarde. Algunos de los misioneros estaban ayudandome con las fotos porque necesitaba hacer otras cosas y ahora no puedo ver una foto de ellos adentro del grupo. Voy a estar segura y sacar una foto de ellos cuando tengamos entrevistas con ellos las semanas que vienen...empezando mañana.
