We had a little mini-transfer meeting this morning and sent the missionaries off to their areas.
Then we had our monthly missionary leadership council.
In addition to reporting and setting goals, we talked about helping others overcome their challenges and some of the specifics of what that requires and what it does not require, as well. I shared a video about Ritchie Parker, and we discussed the relationship between overcoming physical challenges to overcoming spiritual challenges.

Later we watched the Mormon Message entitled the Shiny Bicycle and had some more great discussion about what we can do as missionaries using the model and principles in the video.
Tuvimos una reunión mini esta mañana y mandamos a los misioneros a sus áreas. Después, tuvimos nuestra reunión de liderazgo mensual.
Ademas de rendir cuenta y hacer metas, hablamos acerca de ayudar a otros a sobrevenir sus desafíos y algunos de los detalles que requiere y que no requiere. Compartí un video acerca de Ritchie Parker y charlamos acerca de la relación entre sobrevenir desafíos físicos y sobrevenir desafíos espirituales.
Luego vimos un Mensaje Mormón que se llama, The Shiny Bicycle, y hablamos mas como podemos hacer como misioneros usando este modelo y los principios Chile.
