training the trainers

With all the excitement and special times in the mission, we still need to carry on with all the regular activities. The missionaries that came in this transfer from the United States had already completed the 12-week program, having been in their missions for 18 weeks. However, the refuerzos from the CCM need to go through the program, and their trainers need to understand how to use it to teach their refuerzos more efficiently. Those 11 companionships came in this morning when they would normally be doing their P-day activities. They spent part of their time together and part of their time in separate groups to better and more efficiently accomplish the particular needs of each group.
There were also goodbyes to be said when the Pastores that extended their missions for the Temple Rededication, left us. What a note to leave on!



Con todo el animo y momentos especiales en la misión, todavía necesitamos continuar con todos las actividades normales. Los misioneros que vinieron este traslado de los EEUU han cumplido el programa de 12 semanas porque ellos estuvieron en sus otras misiones 18 semanas. Sin embargo, los refuerzos del CCM necesitan hacer el programa y sus entrenadores necesitan entender como usarlo para enseñar sus refuerzos mas eficazmente.

Estos 11 compañerismos vinieron muy temprano esta mañana cuando normalmente ellos están haciendo sus actividades de P day. Ellos pasaron una parte de su tiempo juntos y una parte separados para mejorar las necesidades de cada grupo.

Había también momentos de  cuando los Pastores que extendieron sus misiones para la dedicación del Templo , salieron. Que momento para salir!
