There are people everywhere! There are tons of people everywhere.

Today is the day for the Patores Tour in the Buenos Aires West Mission.

We started out at the Casa Rosada and then visited the other historical sites around the plaza.

We added the Teatro Colon to the itinerary. It is considered to be one of the top five opera houses in the world. After being closed for nearly four years for renovations, it reopened again last year. They only allow pictures in the lobby (see picture on the right) but the one above is one I picked up from the internet. The Teatro is truly spectacular.

We toured some of the neighborhoods and did a little bit of shopping before lunch.

The Recoleta Cemetery was closed, so we missed saying goodbye to Evita.

Since our log was inhabited in the park, Presidente gathered the missionaries nearby and retold the story of the dedication of South America for the preaching of the gospel.

Then Elder Packer and Elder Johns used their missionary skills and got us some picture time.

We ended our memorable day by enjoying the best ice cream in the world.
