sweet milk

Argentina has good food. However, I am still trying to understand the grocery stores. These pictures were taken this afternoon. Normally, there isn’t a lot of choice when it come to choosing your product. For example:
Olives

There are two different brands in various packaging, all green olives.
Soup

Only Knorr, only dehydrated

Oil--sunflower

Mustard--Savora
Ketchup and Mayonaise—Hellmans

Ahhh, but when it comes to Dulce de Leche—there are 34 brands or styles to choose from.

I am always happy when I find this one among them (top left corner.)
I like it for breakfast with my pastry, for lunch with my peanut butter and for dinner with my dessert. In the mission home we each have our own jar…with our name written on the lid.
I could tell you that it is caramelly goodness, but that only just begins to explain it.
Delicious!
